  2. OK Guys bought a copy and it's fully loaded - How do I use it? It wants a PR number How do I get round that? :P
  3. Yeah go on then! She knows nothing but can tell you all about it!!! :P
  4. Yes I agree MM is perfect for the job (Mind you only if he brings his Guerilla friends along!) ;)
  5. What does it give you then over and above TIS? and How much does it cost? ;)
  6. Yes you could - although If you look carefully at the picture you will see that there won't be much swinging going on - maybe a bit of bouncing but no swinging!! :o Besides - what would you want to go careering around a jungle half naked holdijng someone's shooter for? :o
  7. I don't know Masked - Do you think this is wise? It could all go tits up!! Anyway just be careful if anyone out there tells you to slap your bitch up - it could prove fatal!! :o
  8. Oh My God!! Blatters did you see BBC TV Watchdog tonight? There was an article on the Volvo XC90 where 3 Diesels had mysteriously caught fire in three months and all three were poo pooed by Volvo UK as unrelated. Seems like your mate PeeGee may not be so nuts after all!! :D
  9. Hi I just changed mine (again  ) after 20K miles. It is really very easy. All you need is a couple of spanners and some time. It depends on whether you have the type that has a spanner to hold the joint or an Allen Key. Whichever it is it's jst as simple.. You would be better off removing the wheel - I didn't but it does give you more room. Unless the nuts are rusted or stuck it should take no more than 20 mins a side . Good luck. Oh and Yes they are the same either side so you order two of them.
  10. I don't know about sentences but you wouldn't even get 26 years for murder now!!! :D :D Likewise I am in my 27th year and all is rosy (as far as I know!) It's a partnership with two equals (that's waht I tell her indoors anyway)
  11. Perhaps you should revise your CV, or indeed your choice of employment. 700+ rejections suggests something is either not liked or required in your CV. Have you tried asking people what they want and perhaps tailoring you CV to suit? Just a suggestion! :D
  12. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder - It's just that some beholders have no obvious sense of taste!!!
  13. I'm not messing about with all this modern rubbish I want a real car!!
  14. Sounds daft - but check your brake lights. This could be a case of duff brake light bulbs or switch.
  15. When you say engine cover - do you mean the undertray or the cover that goes on the engine under the bonnet? The undertray should be OK but I doubt the under bonnet covers would fit. Anyone else?
  16. Is it only 1st Gear or is second difficult too? My Gear cables went and all we had was 3rd & 4th everything else wasn't there!. If it is the gear cables it's usually where the connector "pops" off the slector on the gearbox. You can try getting your hands down to see if you can feel it. You may be able to see it if you get a mirror and look - It's kind of under the battery box area on the top of the Gearbox. If this has happened you will need to replace the cables as repairs don't last. They cost around
  17. You can try either washing them through with a hose - Open the Bonnet and they are down the back where the hinges are - you will see there is usually a collection of leaves etc. The safest though tedious way is to remove the Inner wheel arch liners - they are plastic and secured by torx screws - you can then see the flap valves (made of plastic) that usually stop all the rubbish and water clearing - you can either just clear them or take them off - this last seems to cause no problems but does seem to keep them clear. Once cleared you should ensure that you clear out any leaves etc that get in.
  18. How does the pedal feel other than that? Is it hard on normal braking or just whne you stamp. If the ABS was operating you would feel it through the pedal. A good idea and relativley cheap one is to take it for an MOT and see what if anything they highlight on the braking system. If it's as you say they may well pick it up.
  19. Hi Paul I can't really help you - there are better people than I on this site. WHat I can say is that I too use a BT garage my vehicles being ex BT Fleet. They are great when it comes to basic and standard work but totally flummoxed when it is something like Air Con or Booster Heaters. I would insist that they either fix it or send it to a Ford Garage to have it fixed. It is not reasonable to say that because they can't cure it it isn't there! Keep on at them and ask them to put their objections in writing - at least that way you will have some redress if you have to take it further. Regards
  20. Or something - It could be a couple of different things. Re Gassing might be the obvious one - it's worth looking at getting it checked out by someone that knows about Air Con ( So no Fraud Dealers)
  21. All I know is they'll never get me into bed with Flipper!!!!
  22. Oh my God........I'm a cockroach!!!!!!
  23. Why then does a pig have an orgasm that last 30 mins? :D
