A woman was shopping at her local supermarket where she selected: 2 litres of low fat milk a carton of eggs 2 litres of orange juice a head of lettuce half a dozen tomatoes a 500g jar of coffee a 250g pack of bacon As she was unloading her items on the conveyor belt to check out, A drunk standing behind her watched as she placed the items in front of the cashier. While the cashier was ringing up her purchases, the drunk calmly stated, "You must be single." The woman was a bit startled by this proclamation, but she was intrigued by the derelict's intuition, since she was indeed single. She looked at her six items on the belt and saw nothing particularly unusual about her selections that could have tipped off the Drunk to her marital status. Curiosity getting the better of her, she said, "Well, you know what, you're absolutely correct. But how on earth did you know that?" The drunk replied, "Cause you're ugly."

A man walks into his bedroom and sees his wife packing a suitcase. He asks, "What are you doing?" She answers, "I'm moving to Sydney. Heard prostitutes there get paid $400 for doing what I do for you for free." Later that night, on her way out, the wife walks into the bedroom and sees her husband packing his suitcase. When she asks him where he's going, he replies, "I'm coming too I want to see how you live on $800 a year".

Man walks into the bedroom with a sheep under his arm while his wife is lying in bed reading. Man says: "This is the pig I have s*x with when you've got a headache." Wife replies: "I think you'll find that that is a sheep." Man replies: "I think you'll find I was talking to the sheep."

What's the definition of the bravest man in the world?? The man who comes home drunk, covered in lipstick and smelling of perfume, then slaps his wife on the backside and says: "You're next, fatty."

A man gets up one morning to find his wife already in the kitchen cooking. He looks to see what she's cooking, and sees one of his socks in the frying pan. "What are you doing?" he asks. "I'm doing exactly what you asked me to do last night when you came to bed very drunk," she replied Completely puzzled, the man walks away thinking to himself, "I don't remember asking her to cook my sock..."

WIFE: "What would you do if I died? Would you get married again?" HUSBAND: "Definitely not!" WIFE: "Why not - don't you like being married?" HUSBAND: "Of course I do." WIFE: "Then why wouldn't you remarry?" HUSBAND: "Okay, I'd get married again." WIFE: "You would?" (With a hurtful look on her face) HUSBAND: (Makes loud groan) WIFE: "Would you sleep in our bed?" HUSBAND: "Where else would we sleep?" WIFE: "Would you replace my pictures with hers?" HUSBAND: "That would seem like the proper thing to do." WIFE: "Would you play golf with her?" HUSBAND: "I guess so." WIFE: "Would you let her use my golf clubs?" HUSBAND: "No, she's left handed." WIFE: ---silence--- HUSBAND: "Shit...."

Water In Drivers Footwell
Bigjeeze replied to teresa's topic in Ford Galaxy Technical Section MK I MK II
It seems unlikely to be leaking in more than one place at a time - that would be bad luck. I would imagine that once you have cleared the scuttle there will still be a considerable amount of water still in the various ledges and pipework etc. Have you tired using a wet & dry vacuum cleaner to suck out as much water as possible? I found that a big help. Once it's mostly dry you can either use the heater to help dry it out or you could try perhaps a small fan heater (carefully placed so that water can't get a it) to help dry it out. Once dry then you have a chance of removing the smell!! -

Have to say this is a ndew one on me! I assume that as the catch is holding there is a problem with the lock mech inside the door. I suggest you take it out and have a look! The fact that the barrell turns around suggest something ain't right!!. I don't think it is electrical as that at best would only unlock or lock - not undo. Good luck!! B) -

See DOA's answer above!!!! Cos these are classic signs of water in the control box. The box of tricks that controls the interior lights and the windows and central locking is under the front passenger seat. When you get a leak - either as aresult of the scuttles blocking or the washer pipe bursting or even a leaking window - this area floods and it buggers up the box. This happened to my Mk1 - after finding and fixing the leak (scuttles in my case) I removed the box opened the case - drained out the water - and as mine was covered in greenish gunky stuff I washed and scrubbed it under the tap then put it in the oven for a while to help it dry. Once I put it back together it all seemed to wrk fine - and in fact is still working. I did seal the box and also encased it in plastic and now I am paranoid about blocked scuttles so check them every couple of weeks. I took the inner wings off to get at the scuttles and that seems to be the best way as leaves and other muck collects at the drainage points and cause the problem. Good Luck

If your arrow is pointing at the grille extension - ie the bit that surrounds the wiper then is is a simple job to replace - all you do is remove the wiper arm then it is prised off the clips. It's only plastic and they often work loose and rattle . Even if it is the grille it is not too difficult to remove. As for the pollen filter they shouldn't need to remove any of those parts to replace it. Although some people prefer to remove the wiper motor it is normally replaced just by removing the bulkhead plate - three bols and a bit of tugging. It's always been a sod of a job on both the Mk1 & Mk2. The cost of a filter is

Can I Disconect The Aircon ?smell Of Burning
Bigjeeze replied to a topic in Ford Galaxy Technical Section MK I MK II
Sounds like the clutch is seized or seizing - Disconnecting the Air Con power supply probably wouldn't help that. Your handbook should tell you which fuse you need to pull to kill the Air Con but as I say it doesn't seem likely this is the problem. -
