  1. M6 Junction 14 - M6 Junction 3 = 11 Junctions - So the answer you were looking for is "No I wasn't near this incident" Don't hold your breath for your maths or geography exam results!!!!!
  2. Somethjing to look forward to!!
  3. It's to get the bad taste of all the whingers out of their mouths!! :( The taste of sour grapes from those who can criticise but not do the job themselves. Specifically those who wear skirts!! :(
  4. I don't expect us to win - I want us to win!!!! :(
  5. The only sad part of all this is the end of the line for the current models - I don't mean they should carry on with the current but the updated should bear some resemblance in basic design to the current successful model - but the S MAX etc appear to be moving away. :o Still mine are good for a few years yet!
  6. Mine is far more powerful than that - I upgraded my hamster to a beaver What power, and it's good to look at too!!
  7. Many Happy Returns Jeff Slainte!!!
  8. Thanks MM I'll let you know what happens. By the way, too much grease on your nuts make them difficult to grip!!
  9. Can you not measure the distance by reflection light or radiation? Or am I thinking of something else. ALso I though the Poice siren coming & going was the doppler effect? Maybe I need to go back to school!!! :P
  10. I will follow this one with interest. I had my MK1 MOT'd yesterday - it passed but with an advisory that there is a little play in the top suspension mounts - I am assuming that this is what Tiny has. I have, since discovering it some years ago, always greased thew nuts in the top mounts precisely becasue they sit in a pool of water. Hopefully this won't prove too much of a problem. Tiny - could you let me know what parets you buy and the approximate cost. Cheers BJ MM - I think you have access to part numbers - Would you be able to tell me the part number for the fuel filter bracket on a 97 Diesel - It's plastic and it's broken. It clips onto the side of the battery tray. Many thanks BJ
  11. Greg The big boys don't cheat - But the others - Who regulates them? I agree with all that's been said - The Human condition is such that we will try for the easy win - always - Better not to be tempted. Ditch the machines - and enjoy life for real - not a conditoned atmosphere designed to take your money
  12. It's not for catching men with cuet rears either!!!!!!!!
  13. That's fine - just as long aas he teaches them to put them back together again - Bit like this forum really!!!
  14. I'm pretty sure the Police and Health & Safety wouldn't let you near it either!!!!!111 :P
  15. One..............
  16. Mine arrived - Duly tested and works very very well!.. Probably got 3.7 ltres out - which seems reasonable - although with filter it uses 4 - so not too bad. :D As for the suggestions to lend - Well there are a couple of options. If you live near me you can come down and use it to change your oil  Or When Mumof4 eventually gets us all together we can have an Oil changing party!!!!!
  17. I reckon somethings wrong when you need to change the discs after 20K - I think they're taking the pi55.
  18. But I believe you should get cool air from the rear blowers - not AC but at least cool.
  19. Would you do that with a PD engine though?
  20. OK I admit it it's me you're talking about!! :) I can't help it - I do try but just lose it and have to post a silly answer. :( I'll try and be a good boy - but don't hold your breath. :) Anyway - think it through - I have two Gals and perversely most of the time they work fine with no issues - so what the bloody hell do I talk about then? :(
  21. Don't you believe your Dad then? I think he's right. Of course if you're worried - Don't look at the gauge - find something better to do !!!!!!
  22. Just like Bikes really - Once you bend down to Bow - you can park the sharp end of the boat!!
  23. and how do you steer whilst doing that then    ROFLMAO!! oops!!major typo there i think!!i meant splash!!   ;) of course, if needing a slash, i could always hang my rear over the front of the boat!!
