  1. I'm with Seatkid on this one - My lovely old IBM green screen shows it as Metallic Green.
  2. Halfords screen clean stuff - Smells horrid anyway - but so far never had it go rotten. Maybe you need to use the washers more!!
  3. I'll name that tune in 6!!!!
  4. You should have studied!! Then you could have gone anywhere!!!!! Well done young man :D
  5. Engine off or on it doesn't matter. You bleed to furthest one first - so Nearside rear - then offside rear then nearside front then lastly offside front. The number of pumps isn't really relevant - you just pump until you get no bubbles and the fluid is clean. If you are not sure how to do it then I would suggest you don't!! You don't want to mess around with your brakes!!!
  6. When you look at the advert it shows a Mobile number for the contact - Why wopuld itr matteer where the person was? It says it's a 2001 TDi Auto etc etc what's the problem?
  7. I know I am guilty of takings posts in stupid directions - but I can't help it! I do try not to be offensive I am sure I fail- What I do try very hard to do is to inject some humour into what is basically a very boring subject (unless I have that problem!). I think that we should maintain a decent clean and safe forum - but by the same token I can't think who or why anyone under the age of at least 18 would or should be reading any of the content. In fact i would be seriously worried if a child of mine was taking time out on a site like this!!. It seems to me that it is about right - maybe too much joking around but generally OK. I never did understand why VR6 was banned - OK he did get a bit grumpy but he is so very knowledgable and fun too. SO stay as sweet as you are. It's good. Oh I changed my signature as it was suggested the use of the word Bastard was upseeting in some way. It's word that has been in legitimate Engluish langauge for at least 450 years - but hey ho.
  8. Listen.... I may have 12 inches but I don't use it as a rule!!! Boom Boom!!!
  9. You're a dirty minded rat bag!!!! ;) Anyone who can lay his knob in someones lap whilst they are both seated correctly deserves my whole admiration :) I'm not jealous at all!!! ;)
  10. What exactly is happening?
  11. Apparently there is footwells for the rear passangers They are not apparent from the pics.
  12. It's a Dog!!!!!!!! it's not real it doesn't matter!! RANT - STOP TALKING ABOUT BLOODY FOOTBALL!!!!!! IT's BORING!!!
  13. It is also possible that the fridge only needs 70w when up and running but a lot more when cooling down. If what Nik says is wrong then try plugging the firdge in indoors then when it is cool try ther inverter again.
  14. I tried that and as a result of the exhaust spilling out salt I won the contract to clear the roads round here in the winter
  15. Doesn't sound tto good! It could be the slave cylinder which is mounted in the bell housing has popped a seal - I think this will be a gearbox out job to find out. Before you do go to that check the rest of the hydraulics it may be something you can get to externally.
  16. True I do like a bit of fluff!!
  17. Give it a rest!! you 'll have me in tears in a minute!!. :( It's dead, you're sorry - it won't come back. Move on.
  18. I like the looks and the innovative design - but and this is a big but, (no pun intended) the two rear seats are not "real " seats they are also placed on the axle hump - Look at the floorline - it goes up and the seats are placed up - where do the passengers legs go? It might be a replacement for the Zafira but certainly not the galaxy
  19. Do you really think that Supermarket fuels are any different? That the Oil companies would bother to change a process that cost millions to set up to give a different mix - I don't!! What would be in it for them? Supermarkets buy on price by volume - they just sell a lot more so get a better wholesale price than an independent.
