Hi and welcome to the forum. I have had a new dual mass flywheel and clutch and concentric slave cylinder and it crunched in 1st and 2nd for a while. It seems to have got better tho. I had mine about 6 wks ago. If you have a heat haze from the small exhaust on your aux heater then i would have thought that is normal as when i fixed mine with the addition of a new glowplug that is what i saw plus the jet noise. If there is a problem with smoke pull the number 12 fuse and that will stop the heater from working until you get it fixed.

I would see if there is anyone breaking one and ask them because the one i got arrived broken and is poor quality. I couldn't recommend them you would be wasting your money.

Well i thought i would replace my broken undertray as i am about to say goodbye to my gal. Now i wish i hadn't bothered. I bought one from a seller on ebay (weak pattern part) and it was delivered quickly (in poor condition tho). I have emailed the seller to see if i can get it changed he hasn't responded as yet and i would not recommend anyone to buy this poor quality part.

I jacked in a job 9 years ago that i really hated. I am now my own boss and made the right decision. I now work 6/7 days a week but don't mind that as i have nobody looking over my shoulder. Well i have to admit that this forum is a great place for finding info. It's also a great for meeting nice people too. So if i end up not coming back to this forum after the gal has gone then i will miss it.

Maybe your body senses a change so it doesnt like it and reacts to it. It will take a while for you to get use to the fact that you are not smoking. You might have to take your inhaler more ? Consult your doctor and see what he thinks.
