  1. Hi Gregers I am not sure what you need But I noticed this when I was searching for something else: http://stores.shop.ebay.co.uk/ONLINE-AUTO-...c0Q2em14?_pgn=1 I cannot see one for your car, but a phone call might help Radiotwo
  2. Hi cyborg I think the best advice is "you get what you pay for" I my self have never heard of them, so you have to think if you break down how long will it take to get to you ? why not go for the big names, as they are more efficiant and have more vans etc. Radiotwo
  3. You don't say the model of car, but how long have you had the keyfob, and have you ever changed the battery ? sounds like you have not, so for a
  4. Ell I read somewhere when you turning on cc must be heard ( click or click clik from trasmitter ). Like from indicators. Nothing. I'll try but Can't connect to engine. I heard Vag-com is not supported with ford engine. Transmitter= device biggest then fuse. usually square shape little box near fuses.Electric Device which sterring cruise control.I'm asking because i can't find electric shame for cc . Hi Again I assume you are not in the UK ! First, the only noise you will hear is the TINY noise from the switch on the stork, and nothing else. You mention Transmitter, (a transmitter is a radio that transmits a radio signal) so not quite sure what you mean. But I suspect you might mean a CPU, which you might find under the passinger seat and if it has got wet that might be your problem. You will find Vag-com will work on some models. What you need to do is put the details of your car in the profile, ie model and year. also let us know where you are? Radiotwo
  5. When I chose ON on left stalk is no sound from cc transmitter What sound do you expect to hear ? you say transmitter what do you mean ?? Check with Vag-com Radiotwo
  6. Hi Frogeye Correct me if I am wrong, but I beleive vag-com version 409.1 will not clear fault codes! Radiotwo
  7. Sorry, no it was my Dad who broke it, by prizing it off as the new brake pads we bought about 6mths ago and never checked didn't come with the sensor attached. ABS Sensors don't come with brake pads, they are on the hubs ! Radiotwo
  8. Yes I agree it is a Bracket Radiotwo
  9. Hi Gregers As the other poster says I have never undone the nipple on both front or back, and this busness of the "seals flipping" is a myth ! think about how the brakes work ! you push the pedal down and the fluid goes down the pipe to force the pistons out to operate the brakes, then you release the pedal, and the fluid goes back, so movement in both directions ! I have so many times of people who hafter they have changed the pads, then cannot get a good pedal, when asked what they did there answer is "I undid the nipple" and have got air into the system. Ok if you are flushing the system, I never undo it Radiotwo
  10. Please do not undo bleed nipple when you replace rear pads Radiotwo
  11. Have you checked the switch ? Radiotwo
  12. as Greggers says, a little trick I used to do was get a screwdriver, and put the blade on the hub nut, and your ear on the plastic end of the driver, and listen for the noise ! Radiotwo
  13. Hi Ray Sounds to me as if you have answered your own question, sounds like the bearings ! Radiotwo
  14. Hi Glenn Have you checked to see if the fan(s) are sized, are they getting a supply, and have you checked the sensors ?? Radiotwo
  15. Hi Trevor I don't know your alarm, but can you not just turn off the sensors ? there should be some way as if you had a dog in there you need to leave the doors protected. Also I suspect if you disconected the battery and you had had to claim off the insurance, they would not be happy Radiotwo
  16. Hi Siggenn Can you please give some more info, ie, model, year and make of kit ? At a guess you have can-bus type system, and that is what is causing the problem ! Radiotwo ps they are not ileagal, I have had after market fitted to my car for the past 3 years without any problems with law
  17. Hi Arry You can get the full version from Ros-tech (free) but its the Dongle that costs the money, and you will find some work and others don't, the onlt true way is to get the proper one. Can you please enter your location in the list at the side of the page and put the model year etc in your signiture so if some one is close they can help ! ie I have vag-com and would pop round and check it out if you were close enough (or if any one else was close) Radiotwo
  18. no! its never a good idea to cut down springs! the rears are shaped to fit in the mounts, as are the fronts, so no its not a good idea! hit ebay and pick up a set of lowering springs and do the job properly or not at all! and turn off the caps its not BIG and its not clever Hi MK I would not respond to posters like that, there is a name for them (cannot remember at the moment) but its a type of spammer, and cannot even talk correctly. Radiotwo
  19. Hi Arry I don't think they will work, as slightly diffrent frequency but I have delt with this guy and seems ok, and worth asking him. You will need the info off your key, and send him a email, and all he can say is no ! http://stores.shop.ebay.co.uk/hersidima There others on ebay so worth looking but no promises ! Radiotwo
  20. She is home now, and all sorted thanks Radiotwo
  21. By that I assume you mean the front drivers door switch? Then yes Radiotwo
  22. But does it have a fuse for each window? Radiotwo
  23. Hi I wonder if any one can help ! My Daughter has just phoned me, and said she cannot get the rear pasanger window to go up or down, she has tried the drivers door, and has tried the back door, and no movement the oppisite window is fine so the isolation switch is not on. So my question, has every window got its own fuse? and if so which is it?? ps its a 02/1.9TDI GHIA 115BHP Radiotwo
  24. Hi Andy, You said she did not know she was being recorded, if you did not inform her of the recording it is not permissable as evidence in a court of law ! Radiotwo
