yes bleeno it doesj ust had a gander in the book :D Note that this is the second key and has no buttons ;) so I would doubt that will work. Should be able to get a locksmith to check the coding on the key. Don't know if they can change them though :D Anyone know about this? Er!!! ..read the manual!!! If it didnt work why print it?!
-
I think you can re-program each key IIRC. Doesnt the manual show instructions on how?

I tow a Swift Classic Alouette 5 birth caravan with no problems mate. Have dad no problems with mine and all I can advise is that you choose the towbar carefully. There are two heights ...choose the higher one. The Gal has more lower range torque than the Mondeo 2.0 TDCI which I previously towed it with. The fuel consumption is better towing with the Gal to.

even if no insulation is there we are talking 12v - not high enough to produce a reaonable current through you even in exceptional favourable circumstances Er what?!!! .... believe it or not 12V is a lethal voltage and a current of 500mA can kill you!!!!!

Sensor - Short Curcit (diagnostic)
Smilge replied to chicken_arse_legs's topic in Ford Galaxy Technical Section MK I MK II
Hopefully, with the Fuse blowing it will not have damaged the ECU ...from the list of shorts it appears that you are looking at the Analogue input signal conditioner rather than the switched input conditioner. Like Mr T mentioned ..you may need to hard reset the ECU rather than clear the fault codes by disconnecting the battery and hopefully this will sort it. If not, then its looking expensive. There will be in built protection within the computer but I would suggest that you may have damaged the A/D converter which will cause your fault light. -
based on the last free database available - but not updated Well thats strange because I download updates usually once a week.

Gents ...why are you paying for the camera updates? I use this site: http://www.poiedit.com/ doesnt cost me a thing and is obtianed from the PocketGPSWorld database

Completely agree with Adrian .... Sorry to hear about your problems with Reg Vardy Paul .... wouldnt you think they would do THEIR job properly to retain customers? I know if I didnt do mine it would cost us Tax payers a fortune! That's one dealer off the list then and I shall mention it to my colleagues who said they had no problems with them! Chris
