Try checking the ABS ring on the front CV joints. Make sure it has not become detached, quite common. If the ring has become detached I'm afraid it's a new CV joint as the ring is not sold seperately. Also try checking the connections/continuity of each wheel sensor.
I would think that the dealer has pushed this connector in whilst they were fiddling with it. Anyway, looking at the year of your vehicle surely this should be rectified under the 3 year manufacturers warranty.
As far as I'm aware the bumbers, lights etc are model specific, therefore only Ford Galaxy parts will suit yours. If your car is metallic I reckon you'll kiss goodbye to around
I've done a search but can't find the info even though I'm sure I've seen it before. Please can someone tell me what vag com interface cable I need as there is loads on e-bay and I want to get the right one. I have a 2005 TDI 130PS. Thanks.
If I remember GSMGuy put one of the gadjets on his Gal and he got through two gearboxes. There may be a reason why the auto only comes in 115PS from Ford!!
Someone had a similar problem to you some time ago. The curtain wire does fit and it did cure the other persons problem. I don't know if you'll be able to see it though. As regards the roof lining, I haven't got a clue. Perhaps someone else on the forum can help. Try the blockage fix first before removing the roof lining.
The sun roof has drain holes on both sides that run down to the front door pillar. These sometimes become detached or get blocked. To unblock them use a piece of net curtain wire and push it carefully through the drain holes. If you still get water ingress you may have to lower the head lining to check that the drain pipe is still attached. Hope this helps.
Just checked the tyre pressures on my Michelins. Inflated them in accordance with the the table on the car (41psi front 38psi rear) and I no longer have the problem. They were under inflated by about 5psi per wheel, that's how it came from the dealer.
I too have this vague steering. This is my third Galaxy. The other two had the Dunlop tyres and there was no problem, this one however has Michelin tyres so, as Andrew T says, I put it down to that.
