there is something in the FAQs about keys a reprogrmming them, cant remember if you need two remote keys though. It could be that the battery is running low, could be an immobiliser problem, if your central locking unit is under the passenger seat, might be worth checking to see if it has got wet/damp at all as the rear washer pipe if it splits likes to shed its water in the passenger footwell. I dont know enough about keys to help you any more im afraid, a search might help? hopefully that is working again.will have a check now.

How many remote keys do you have?

when you are locking/unlocking the doors manually, the windows going up and down is the global closeing/opening.this happens if you turn the key and hold it in position. does the light flash on the door LED? if so, how does it flash , does it flash in a pattern.?

yup, most definately upset. :wub: Hardly surpriseing really with the poor design, BUT...the Galaxy is a good work horse, there are bad ones out there, and there are good ones.Doesnt help when frauds themselves dont know how to fix the bloomin things!!!!!!!!!!

another way of combatting steamed/misted up windows, is washing up liquid.Put a drop on a clean lint free cloth, and polish the insides of the windows with it, you want enough to cover the glass, but not too much or it will end up looking crap.it does clear, so you can see through the glass, and this method does work.I use it on the veccy :)

Your welcome :lol: Makes me wonder how many others didnt get the recall.... there have been quite a few recalls for the galaxy, inc the S-max, that site is very good at checking to see if your vehicle is being recalled for any reaon and it goes back to 1992 IIRC.
