getting to be a bit common if that is the problem....as neil has said, check the main fuse feed box, has a black cable going into it.

Now Adrian, flaps come in all different shapes and sizes, so you need to make sure that the flaps you choose will fit nicely and not have bits sticking out here there and everywhere, Best thing to do if you are going to go for universal flaps, is check to make sure they fit before you spend your money. :27:

Ahh, but think of the feeling of personal satisfaction of fixing it yourself !, as you sit back and survey your handiwork, you can take comfort in the fact that you did all that work yourself, and by god it works. Must admit, that the knobs i had in my galaxy ( and i dont mean the prat who sat in the passenger seat ), the knob itself where it clipped on was broke.but i managed without it as i didnt miss it considering i was quite comfy bent double driving the bloomin thing as i couldnt tilt the seat back to upright :27:

now, if you put Aux heater in the search engine, 12 pages will appear all to do with this lovely mechanical piece of genius. its the Auxhillary heater, and smoke combined with a nice purring jet engine noise that wakes the neighbours in the morning and has them diving under the beds thinking they are under attack, is a damn good sign that the bugger is working.Be very happy that it is as it is one thing on the Galaxy etc that like to flame out every now and then or decides it wants its brain changing ( the GLOW PLUG) without this piece of mechanical genius, the cabin will take an age to warm up and you will feel that you are sat in the middle of your very own ice age.with it working, you can imagine yourself strolling hand in hand with some nubile philly ( or adonis whichever way you hang) down the beach and thinking all is right with the world. Be careful as you pass the various airports in your nice warm cosy galaxy, as the poor buggers might think there is going to be an unauthorised landing :16:

if it has a single slot in the head unit , but the numbers 1 to 6 on the front on buttons..then it may/should be changer compatable.

IIRC jkspoff had problems with his galaxy after it was remapped.

door card off, check the regulator cable hasnt gone poof or has warped a bit.wont know till you have a gander.

have you checked your alternator? mine went poof the last time the fuse box decided to liquidise. something inside the alt burnt out i believe.
