Hi All I am posting this for "Biscuit" with regards to his car. We stripped down the heater yesterday, checked the "glowplug" and was fine, but the question is :- can we get this to work with Vag-Com, and how? Radiotwo

Parrot Ck3000 Iso Connections

Hi Simon, Just read the post, but look at this link, http://www.briskoda.net/forums/ice-securit...nections/47926/ and if it has the connectors "A" & "B" then you will not need the adaptor, but if it has any other type of connector then you will need the adaptor (if your radio has the other connectors C1C2C3 & D, thats fine but nothing to do with the Bluetooth cnnection) But you will use all the cables in that kit. New Headlight Bulbs
RADIOTWO replied to Mattcheryl's topic in Ford Galaxy Technical Section MK I MK II
Hi Seatkid, But does that not prove the point ! as Biscuit said his passed the MOT and thats the place that would say that they are dazzeling or not. So if you was pulled by the Police, they would send you off to the MOT station to get it checked and they would say they are ok So the police would a bit silly !!! Radiotwo -
Check Brake Pads Warning
RADIOTWO replied to Ivor's topic in Ford Galaxy Technical Section MK I MK II
Hi Ivor I don't know if you have sorted your problem, but my Son in law has just had the same problem, and the problem was down to the connectors to the sensors, we found the pins were just long enough, and just touching, by putting a cable tie round the connector, and pulling tight it just makes conntact. So check the connectors Radiotwo -
Hi Again, I was going to suggest you have a ride out, and Would have a look at it, but at a guess you are about 70 miles away But ! On a earler post you say the radio fuse is 10A and the car one is 5A, has the car fuse blown? Radiotwo

Hi Kirk The Haynes says disconnect the battery for every thing ! so I would not bother for a Stat, but if you insist, you can buy a device that plugs in your ciggy lighter socket, or make one, with a Cig lighter plug and a 9 Volt Battery( but put a Diode in circuit) to stop the car battery trying to charge the 9 v battrey then just plug it into your socket and it will hold the memorys Just one point if your socket only works with the ignition on, then you will have to leave the keys in and switched on ! Hi Richard You should have no problems routing the cable to window, if possable put the antenna on the rear offside, as high as possable. Radiotwo -

Hi and Welcome Sorry I cannot help with the amounts, but I would thing it depends on if you have air-con in the back as well. I may be barking up the wrong tree, assuming you want to top up your cars, but I would suggest going to a proper air-con firm, as its not just a matter of topping it up! You need to extract the old gas and the vacumme out the system to remove any mosture, and then replace the gas (without letting it out to the outside [which is eleagal]). And if you were thinking of getting those from Halfords, it would cost you around

Hi and welcome, First of all how did you check the high level bulbs? and If the bulbs are ok and still not working, it is possably a break in the wiring going from the car to the tailgate, poss in the rubber ! and with regards to the MOT: High level brake lamps are tested. These are usually mounted in spoilers or on the rear window. Since these lamps are over and above the current legal requirements they are treated more leniently. For example, if a high level lamp is not working and you say it is broken some testers will fail you but if you say it is disconnected then as far as the law is concerned it is not a lamp checking whether it is broken or disconnected is beyond testers ability unless they stripped the car down so they have to pass you Radiotwo

Hi and welcome I think this has been covered before(or mabe on another group) but you say you have changed the pads? please go through the procudure you did to change the pads? and why did you change the master cylinder? (was this at the same time as the pads or because the pedal had no presure)? The basic answer to your problem is most likely to be air in the system but before anymore is said pleas explain! Radiotwo

Hi Adrain I am not a expert but has Vista not got the drivers? I assume you have checked: Start Control Panel Printers& Faxes and right click on your printer check the driver Is it a USB? if it usb, unplug printer, uninstall driver, reboot machine and then plug the printer in and should reconise the printer and (hopefully) install driver within Vista. Good luck Radiotwo
