Most likely the connector on the switch on the dash. Unplug it and re-plug it and see if there is a difference.

What sender are you looking for, the one for the fueling or the one for the guage although they may be the same one. The part number for the one above points to one for the gauge and is mouinted in a hose on the front of the engine. Did you want the one for the radiator fan switch?
