think in all honesty you got a bit of a result,but tell them IT BETTER BE WORKING WHEN ITS HANDED BACK TO YOU :) and you want warrenty on any parts replaced,also if its off the road for a few days get em to chuck in a hire car aswell as its there mess up.

as sepaulcrave has eloquently put it trading standards. but im sure you got the gist of what i was trying to suggest to you.with all the trouble you seem to have had i wouldnt hang about thinking about complaining,do it and get the ball rolling,good luck.

phone up the trade and standards peeps and see what they have to say on the on going problems that you have had to put up with,tell them everything the dealers have said to you and the ammount of times they have had the car.and the ammount of times it has broken down.

iirc you have 28 days to reject the car under the sale of goods act,if you have told the dealer of all the problems with the car they have to rectify them. have you told the dealer you have spoken to the trades peeps?and if so what was there reaction? i think it costs about

i have in the past gentley used a hacksaw blade to recut a thread on a bolt that was very important,just enough to get the nut to start then using some oil wind it on a bit then un do and keep turning and undoing and the nut has recut the thread.

have your argument ready,coz i susspect they will say theres no way they have caused any damage?reading the posts on here over the years about how expensive repairs cost to the aircon system i dont think there going to put there hands up and say FAIR COP IT WAS OUR MISTAKE,i hope they do fix it for you but dont hold your breathe.

with the vast ammount of glass it already is a glasshouse on wheels,a friend has 1 with the panoramic roof and loves it but iirc on the forum its been posted that it squeks and rattles.

dont think so,if you looked a bit closer you would of noticed that it didnt come with a spare wheel either.
