If you neutralised the acid then it should not be a problem (i would think) and you did say that you rinsed it with plenty of water.

Hi Chris, welcome to the forum. You will soon get use to parking. I found parking the Gal owned easier that the volvo i have now but i had parking sensor front & rear which helped. Enjoy reading the posts. Oh one last thing ! You can get a door card removal tool to help get the damn plugs out of the door. If you don't have one then it would be a good idea to get some spare.

IIRC you could lock doors leaving the windows down in the front on a breezy day and that might set the alarm off, or do the same but wave your arms inside the car and if it dont go off then at least you will look stupid :) . Will it go off if you lock the doors with you inside without the key in the ignition ? Welcome to the forum

Hi Daniel, welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear that you have problems already with your gal. Ford tend to be very expense when it comes to all parts and it pays to use someone like gsf (German swedish french). They are online and may have a store near you. They do quality parts without frauds cost ! Oil etc.... use the grade that ford suggest but you dont need to get it from them. The topic has come up on here before so take your time to have a look at the posts by using your search assistant. :)

Well i have to say me and the kids enjoyed this day out. I went on the sunday the weather was great. I was knacked tho after all the walking I did so I had a well deserved slush puppy drink off one of the stalls I remember them from when I was younger and they still taste great. Never found a doughnut stall oh well you cant have everything ! :) Anyone else go or was I the only one ???????

This is why they wont give you your price match... When you phone them you are taking up a persons time and to them time is money. So you get the discount because it is processed yourself online. It's strange but thats the reason.

I sold my gal recently too. I miss her abit but it had too many miles on it and i am always doing loads.
