A friend has a galaxy mark 1. He has a problem with his drivers side door lock and windows. While trying to lock the car on the grivers side a clunck was heard and the key just started to spin in the lock. The windows came down and the lock won't work. He cannot get the windows back up even when driving. Any help please?

Can you use a seat with just a lap belt? The the brackets might be under the carpet just waiting to be opened up?

The electrics are as you say I have single electrics but as I use a stablizer. I was not aware that this has to be fitted in the right hand side so electrics have to be on the left. If a ball stabalizer is used I assume this is not a problem. The bracket of the electrics is bent back to help the sensors not pick it up. I assume with your picture of the cycle carrier, then you have to have a towing plate to fix to. This would probably rule out a detachable tow bar. I went for a witter as this can be changed to a detachable if you have a problem with you sensor, this is about another

I have had this problem before and had about the same reply from Ford. The wipers seem to change depending on year and model. Both mine have had the pasanger wiper leading making the driver wiper stopping well befor the edge of the window. I found RainX quite good but this has been a problem from the start.

Have had a witter fitted recently. This is a fixed towbar and electrics. Have had no problem with parking sensor. The guy was very good when talking me through it. Will try to fit stablizer bracket before I tow the caravan.

What about making it to look like Big Foot then you could run over those fiestas. Also a rear spoiler that has flaps on it! Only trouble is I would have to do the same to the caravan or it would look silly!!!!!

Theres a lot of torque on this board. I have found pulling a caravan is about power and weight ratio I hope I feel a big differance. Not that the Old Galaxy was bad. The cruise control will be nice though!
