  6. comparing the 115 and 130 diesels....... I remember the initial complaints when introduced were completely the oposite and it was said to run more roughly, but whether that was ironed out - I cant remember it was a few years ago

  9. yes but some of the deadlines for the east region ensures I will need a 20+ year diary A1(M) Alconbury to Peterborough 31/03/2026 M40 Denham to Warwick 05/01/2027 especially as the top one hasn't started yet - well I havent seen anything and I use the roa every day
  10. item 10 in the faq Mk2 pats programming ford charged us about
  11. but it still leaves you only one key - lose it and ....... best get it sorted by buying a couple of standard keys (or at least one) then you can still move if you lose it !!! In your situation I would get a couple because you are going to have to get ford to program them so you might as well get them to do 2 in the hours labour they will charge you (or do it yourself - with 2 you can program more). If you only have one key and you lose it even changing the locks wont work, if you have 2 and lose one then you are looking at a dealer programming - if you have 3 then losing one means a cheap key cut for another and a self programming.
  12. From what I have read/heard and my own experience YOU have to Want to give up not feel you are being forced to ......... Its a state of mind ......
  13. Good luck Maz (If it was serious) I am now about a week short of 1 year :46:  still get the odd craving but its not too bad now - still have the odd lozenge :D :angry2:
  14. I had mumps at 12 years old but my father got it at the same time - very painful amongst other things I also got Chickenpox at 21 - that was no joke at all but when my daughter got it at 4 and gave it to her 1 year old brother who had it badly but he didn't seem to care, we are going out of our way to expose our 2 year old atm
  15. AFAIK it cant be turned off although it has happened twice in the last 4 years - not intending to do anything about it ...
  16. yeah thats the roll restrictor
  17. certainly on the mk2 there is no orange light - it just says 'service now' and I think beeps once at start up - this then disappears - if it is the same with the mk1 then you have another warning :31:

  19. funnily enough I dont believe you :31: :31:   even my mrs who doesnt like the mk3 says a new car with 3 years waranty would be better than our 6 year old galaxy   I'd stick with the mk2 but swapping it for oour old secort now there a thought
  20. lucky you dont own one then I wonder if yu would accept as a gift a new mk3 tdci 2.0 ghia or whether you would stick to the veccy :31:
