  10. do you have the fusebox refered to by the link - If so I would check both fuses pictured, since both errors refer to the scondary air injection system and all the others fuses as well. From the description it seems its there to get the catalyst up to working temp quickly so may not affect drinving at all.
  11. btw - there is the procedure to change your MAF in the faq (click on faq in my signature) 6 & 7 from the bottom - with pictures thanks to MM
  12. remove engine cover and locate injectors - should be on front of engine each with a hex nut and pipe attached, at least one (I think only one) of the injectors will have an electrical connection to it - trace the connection back to plug. Lift oout of bracket unplug and clean contacts. I don't have one of these engines so can't be more specific. I amm assuming that the ecu uses the sensor to workout how far through the fuel injection cycle the engine is. ( I think this engine has dual spring needles, low pressure initial injection against first spring followed by complete injection against the second spring - don't know which the needle sensor senses) Of course there may be a needle control valve elsewhere in the system - someone else will be along in a minute to correct me I'm sure.
  13. please can I book it as number 38 ;) ;)
  14. cheers for that there are needles in the injectors with a needle lift sensor - with a multiplug
  15. after having a look at the threads on engine management lights coming on I can't find any other causes posted other than the 'brake' switch - what other things will cause the engine management light to come on ??
  16. I emailed them for a couple of window switches and some spar parking sensors but apparently they have none left ;) - return email was polite enough though ;)
  17. glad its made a difference - did you get the correct maf in the end ? - wonder if you didn't it may affect performance across part of the range e.g below 2000rpm??
  18. If I Open a new window, resize and position it and then close it (no ctrl key) it opens up exactly then same as I closed it, what effect does the ctrl key have ? Thanx
