umm a maf that can count :D :D I know there is one spare/unconnected wire in that connector assume its the one thats missing but cant think of a circumstance which would make the maf run ok for a couple of times and then need unplugging before it worked properly again. Possibly some sort of capacitance effect - but I would assume that any charge would leak away over time. Would unplugging it reset something in the ecu so it went into some type of learning mode ? A puzzle - let us know how the new maf changes things.

last time glen mentioned it he said he only ever looks in the account if he needs something for the server I'm sure if there were a large expense if not covered an appeal on here would sort it, I think that upgrades like the recent one and options like Live Chat cost money, He's often moaning that 'I pay for Live chat but nobody uses it' :D :D

connector is 8 way but with only 5/6 wires in it then - definitely the aux haeter then - plug it in short out the temp sensor and see :D
