I am so glad i wasnt the only one thinking this bigj.....when i read all his posts this morn..does seem to like Fords alot. Im my experience..Fords were/are crap..wouldnt touch them with a barge pole to service/repair my car..well i mean the gal i had anyway..Ordering from them is ok...its just their..ooo we will fix this and if that dont work we will fix that...and ooo need diagnostic at 100 odd smackeroonies aswell!...or the..well i aint quite sure whats wrong with her so leave it with us a few days!..then we will give you a bill that you need to sell a kidney to pay! And the classic with mine..nothing wrong with your steering..its all in your head..them bam..hello tree when i lost all steering!..numptys.

tut tut...LOL.. I personally dont like the MKIII..If you did want a galaxy...you could go for the MKII..seats come out etc....Plus different models = different specs.The bamma would be the better buy than the MKIII...My personal opinion of course.

Buy a MKII with them allready on :P Seriously, could they not be ordered through your local Ford dealership??..Or maybe they might crop up on Ebay??As they are still relatively new..they may only be got through fords or ebay as i doubt that many have been crunched so not available from a scrappys/breakers yard.

Soooo...when you disconnected the MAF..she was worse???if thats the case its not that.. The lack of power before you switch off..then fine when turned back on..means that she is going into limp mode...Best thing is to get her codes read...then clear em..then read em again and see what stays up...service may help...but im no expert. Others may have a better clue than me as to what could be causing the limp mode..

Just need ones for the MKI and MKII now...will look later as my head hurts from getting specs for the MKIII.lol.see..just coz i dont like it dont mean i wont help in regards to it.....still looks like a box though.lol

welcome nai....when she loses power is it intermittant or continuous???i.e.....is she always struggling to pull up hills..lacks oomph..snail crawls faster that type of thing all the time..or is it loses power..switch off..all fine then does it again????

agree..needs spec sheets with them....only need a couple of words for the MKIII though.. :lol: Really though..specs sheets for them all would be good...would it be better put in questions about the galaxy?? Just thinking...for each make..there are different models and specs..so which specs would be used??..Plus there are all the optional extras....

Hmmm...........The galaxy though at 120k miles is just run in though..these cars can go for years and years and do keep their value better than some cars do.Nothing wrong with a 4 yr old gal with 120k on the clock!!..
