well I hate to say it...........but I agree with mk2vr6 on this one... :) Anyhow I thought.. Lane 1 ( outside lane....as its on the outside ? )....this is for slow sensibly driven vehicles. Lane 2 ( middle lane ).....Women and Old Men (possibly trying to achieve 60mpg )....or to pass slower vehicles in lane 1. Lane 3 ( inside lane ? ) .....only to be used for overtaking slower vehicles in the lane 2. NOTE: vehicles made by BMW & Mercedes are not alowed in lane 1 or 2 except in the first 10 metres when joining or leaving the motorway.

CHECK THEM BEFORE THE VEHICLE IS DRIVEN AGAIN !

A job well done ! My drivers side has popped out of the ball joint and has been running on laggy bands for several months. I am going to ask mumof4 to pop around and do mine for me.. Not that I am incapable of doing it myself..... I just wan't to see her bent over my bonnet... ;)

I would definitely check your fluid level & pads immediately. Ignore the ABS light for the moment may be related to the brake fault....may not be.

The speed sensor is attached to the gearbox on the side near the front of the car. Probably above the starting motor.

Bloody Nightmare ! I was stupid enough to install this without reading up on it first... :huh: Symptoms afterwards..... corrupt registry... no Device manager.... no Network connections.... Itunes dead... USB drives not recognised... Extreme delay when opening My Computer or Windows explorer. Turns out to have been an issue with Norton Security.....although they deny it and blame microsoft. Anyhow resolution was to uninstall service pack 3....which had no apparent effect ! Tried system Restore to earlier points....no effect ! Then fully uninstalled all Norton products. Reinstalled Service Pack 3. Reinstalled Norton. Everything now seems okey dokey.....hopefully. Have fun..
