  10. i needed a cam belt change was the renault laguna, basically along the same lines as you, mileage was low but time wise it was due. when the belt was taken off from 1st impressions it looked fine until we turned it over and between the teeth the belt had started cracking.looked at the new 1 nothing,my m8 said in his opinion it might have been good for ages BUT its would be sods law,for the sake of a few quid now, could end up costing a fortune if it had let go coz i was being a tight arse.

  13. once youve sussed out all of that on yours fella,MINE NEXT YEAH :) i have seen something about this before, but from what i remember it was to do with dos and computer programming? i know theres a hell of a lot that is not set up. i do like the function my m8s got on his focus with the global opening/closing via remote. and im surprised the fuel left read out was never standard on the ghias?
  14. has it snapped right in the hole??? have you taken the wheel off to see?if there is anything left that you can get purchase on then a decent set of mole grips might do the job of getting it out,ive got a set of super wrenches that are for sale on the shopping channels, bloody brilliant they are. if not then i suggest a tap and die set/stud extractor.
