  3. maz its not just girls,my youngest too get them regularly eldest 1 has never really suffered with them,it really bugs(no pun)us that i will spend time denitting them only to find they keep getting them because of the lazy sods of parents who do not check there own kids hair,it feels like your fighting a losing battle,but were using headrin seems to work fairly quickly and our doctors are putting it on prescription,so if you dont ask you dont get,otherwise its quite expensive when you have to keep doing it every couple of weeks.

  7. hi from me also pete,i too have the same age car as yourself but its got over 65 thou on the clock,like all cars they are great until things go wrong and hopefully with the knowledge on this forum will help to minimize the damage to ones pocket :o

  9. bought 2 yesterday,now as i dont know what oil the experts at the garage i bought the car from used :) ?can i actually top up using the halfords stuff ?without causing damage to any thing ? regards gregers
  10. you can buy a remote key fob from ebay(just make sure it has the same code as your own key!!),hopefully the remote key will come with a transponder chip,then also buy a horseshoe blank,get it cut(at timpsons)then follow the instructions(if they apply to your version) .hth.
  11. ive just bought another horseshoe key blank and the guy in timpsons said he could cut it for 8 quid
  12. you can also get the head hugger that fit round the kiddy's head,they come up on ebay quite often.

  17. just park your car under the nearest big tree,let the birds crap on it(dont wash it off)let it dry hey presto saved yourself a few quid ^_^ :o :o

  19. hi peeps a friend of mine is off to wales as we speak she owns a mondeo duratec ghia 2lt,shes just come round my house because she cannot find her service book,shes checked her oil AND THERE AINT NONE :o ^_^ what type does she need!!!!!!!help plz
  20. yeah can i come too :wacko: ,love that part of the world but cant really give advice coz everytime ive gone down that neck of the woods ive either got there too early or been stuck in a huge jam for hours specially going down to cornwall,but have agood hoilday anyways ;)

The poor man sweating cobs, probably bleeding and hold a gearbox up with one hand.....and you tell to go and see a dealer? well if his cars in bits it aint going anywhere,but he could phone the dealer and give his vin number to see if its missed any recalls?
  22. i went to the local ford garage when i bought my 1st gal about 4 years ago and asked them to check if it had missed any recals it did and they done all the work that needed doing f.o.c might be worth asking them.
  23. no idea,looks like the same as mine and ive been wondering if it was possible,where did you obtain the extra screens? the version ive got comes with a game pad(which the eldest seems to hog)having another screen would keep the other 2 very quite indeed.

  25. bloody hell the most ive got out of mine is 44mpg but that was around the town(average 37mpg),havnt gone on a long trip yet or are you lot going to tell me summits up with mine,hope the dealer wont read this(fear of a heart attack if i turn up again).
