  3. not too bad - take out the lining and drop a nut on a bit of string down the rh side hole - comes out just to the right of the centre console above the pedals - did this with my gps power lead :D Thanks for that may give it a go on the weekend. Better than just throwing it under the seat eh

  8. I sometimes get an annoying squeek from the passenger side of the car B) But other times i leave her at home :o :P B)
  9. I also have the twin screens on the back of the headrests. B) They work brill and i leave them there all the time cos i keep waterproof seat covers on all of the time cos i often get wet with my job so i use them to keep it all clean so they pull up over the screens. Have thought about mounting the disc player in the center storage box on dashboard but not sure how difficuilt it would be to run the cables from the handbrake area up behind the dashboard . Any ideas guys and gals B)
  10. I understand where you are comming from but i honestly think this is stronger than the original. You say the winch has been safety tested, im sure your right but its only as strong as the weakest point and i am sure that is the two tiny 13mm bolts that hold the winch to the car body. I have four 21mm nuts fitted to the bar(cant remember the diameter of the bar) and two large flat pieces of steal, one on the floor of the car underneath the carpet and one inside the wheel under the centre hole. Providing the winch works then yes that is more practicle but i have no worries what so ever about the safety of it.
  11. Mine was buggered also. So a trip to B&Q, a length of threaded bar and four locking nuts and a couple of flat pieces of steel one for each end. I removed the old winch and launched that over the hedge, only tricky bit is i had to use a trollry jack to lift the wheel up to the underside of car. Once in place pass the bar thro the hole in the floor then thro the wheel and on with the flat steel to act as a washer and then the locking nuts. It works a treat and cost about
  12. What filter and glow plug  Oh i didnt get those cos i spent the money on this fab dress cos it was half price :(
  13. When she does get home youll find shes probably left them behind in a shoe shop
  14. You say only for your lodgings but you have the use of all the pools/ whirlpools slides etc included which in my opinion is the best i have ever been in. Sure if you want to use most of the other things there is an additional charge but with two little ones the pools were fine. You are right tho, it aint cheep.

  16. Hi all. Just got back from an amazing weekend at Center Parcs. :D First time me the wife and two rug rats have been cos always put off by the price but this time someone offered to pay so hey why not. :( Went to Longleat Forest in Wiltshire. We spent most of the time in the pools/whirlpools/rapids and my daughter even learnt to swim  Yes it is expensive but everything was first class and will deffo be going back  Has anyone else been and what did you think of it :(
  17. Does that mean you wont be sending him a xmas card then :D
  18. Yeah shocked to hear the news. Hope he makes a full recovery. :D Love Top Gear. The banter between Hamster Captain slow and Clarkson is spot on even if it is for the camera. How can anybody say it sets a bad example to other drivers. A bit like saying dont watch our troops fighting on the news cos we will all want to go out and buy a tank and kill people. IF YOU DONT LIKE IT DONT WATCH IT :D Im sure theres not one member on here who can put their hand on their heart and say i wouldnt fancy a job where i can fly all over the world, drive the worlds most exotic/expensive cars and pick up a six figure pay slip along the way. Yes Clarkson is up his own a**e :D but thats Clarkson, if he changed his ways his carear would be over cos people like/hate him the way he is. Hurry up and get better Hamster and lets get Top Gear back on the telly :D
