when i asked my specialist :rolleyes: how best to run cc he said let the heat escape from windows etc then put on full hammer at lowest then when runninng cooler/cold use recirc and leave recirc on as it will make system run with a lot less strain as you are (as you said) already cooling cold air :lol:

last year in france had a a renault scenic grand 7 seater courtesy car as mine (passat) went tits up, it had air con and with only a few thousand on the clock it was not very cold at all, maybe that's why the gals , allahs and the dubs keep breaking down they are working to hard to keep us cold :rolleyes:

could it be down to the fact that people think that using aircon has a massive effect on fuel consumption ,when according to the specialist who done my condenser last month and quite a few more i have read up on that if you leace aircon or cc on you will only increase fuel consumption by 2 or 3% but by having your windows down you increase the fuel consumption by as much as 10% :D aircon what a great invention :D especially if it works properly :D

If you read the bottom part it states it won't fit if car is fitted with climate control :D :D i wonder if they mean rear roof vented air con, might be worth giving them a bell 1st :wacko:

Are these tyres directional or just the standard type??

hope it's the bulbs i'm absolutely rubbish with electrics <_< any idea why failure indicator not showing?

Just realised mine is not working ,have had galaxy 2 months now <_< so why does the bulb failure light not show and what is it like to replace, do i have to remove the trim around the light or can it be done with trim in place?

Well i would definitely look to take it to an aircon specialist, sounds like the one you are using are not to clever, the one i have used in birmingham are according to there website on eof the leading specialists in the country in that they have invented things and tools to do with aircon and also do training courses ;) here is the link have a look they also do recon compressors. http://www.motorclimate.co.uk/

personally i would try turbo first then if lump is knackered get a second hand or recon unit because either way you will need a turbo :D

mine is y reg with lapstrap , must be older but registered late :D is the three point centre belt all attached to the seat ?
