Hello again. After reading the forum posts and made sure that trouble is marching my way, I ordered a manual from Haynes. It's contents were less than expected, I would need more diagrams and/or photos than instructions on how to do things. I found "Ford TIS" cd and "Galaxy workshop manual" cd on Ebay...Are those any good? Could somebody post a page or two , so that I see what they look like ? Thank you.

Dont know if my question is not expressed properly (my english is not that good) , or you are also confused with those digital controls ! Suppose the unit is off, and you're driving with a speed of 50m/h... Is there any air coming through the vents? Which ones ? Can you control incoming air temperature and/or direction whilst the fan is off?

Thanks again...Agree about Volvos,but you have to admit , the XC90 is a beauty! About the fans now, they work on and off as they should, but more on than off ! The temp yesterday was 17degrees here, but still it doesn't feel normal...

This is what I would think, but they will fit the twin 500 whose overall dimensions are juust a little smaller than the freedome. Is it possible that having two smaller openings instead of just a big one makes the difference?

I'm thinking of investing the money I got from my old (opel astra) to a new sunroof for my 2004 Galaxy 2.3 ghia. Went to my local dealer asking for the webasto 500 FreeDome.They said that according to Webasto factory, that sunroof cannot be fitted to the Galaxy.They suggested the 500 which is about the same size,but consists of two smaller opening elements. I wander why I cannot have the FreeDome instaled....No air vents or seatbelt placed on the roof, wind noice maybe? The Webasto site clearly shows the sunroof on a Sharan (and looks great!).Does anybody have tried the same (galaxy/FreeDome500) combination ?

Hello again. Being a new Galaxy owner , I 'm a little confused with the use of the new a/c and heating unit controls. The temperature here (Greece) is such that I would like to have the air fan off, but let some air come through the heater radiator as the car is running.In my previous car,I could select the teperature of the incoming air by turning the temp dial. how can I do this in my new Galaxy?

Hello everybody ! My Gal (2.3ghia petrol) has only 300Km. on the odometer, but... This is my first post , much sooner than I thought. Problems started already,when after taking the car home for the first time,the headlights would not go out, unless I switched off the ignition.Dealer said the car was meant to be driven in Scandinavia (?) where lights should remain lit at all times. Their garage fixed it the following day. I 'm now concerned about the engine cooling system specs. I live in Athens Greece and the climate is not exactly like in Norway ! I've noticed that temperature climbs up to ninety degrees within five or so minutes of driving. O.K, it stays there as the fans are working full time, but I need to know what is the right temperature range for the engine thermostat and if there are more differences in the cooling system or cylinder head. I know that car manufaturers (e.g. Mercedes) use different sizes of coolant inlets-outlets in their cylinder heads, for different markets. So I wander if this is the case with Ford. Your experience would be more than helpfull!

Hello everybody. I just bought me a brand new Galaxy Ghia 2.3 6seater and I'm still very excited ! I've been reading this forum for some time now, and regardless of all the reliability issues shared here, I gave in to the very tempting price and services of the local dealer.This is a 8.000
