If you are parking nose down..on a slope..how is it getting in???..have you checked the scuttle drain??this can get blocked by leaves etcc..You need to sort out and stop the water getting in.

If the car is flooding on the passenger side, that could be a split rear washer pipe. IIRC, the ECU for the central locking is under the passenger seat,if it is then you need to check it and if wet dry it out. you must sort out the flooding in the car asap as not only will the carpet rot and make the car whiff, it will damage electrics like the ecu under the passenger seat.
