No idea..when i looked at the new gal,he showed me the seat that converts to booster and baby seat....ive never actually seen one so was impressed.But it did have one in.

YUp..they do have the child seats..i got shown one in the ghia.(when i went for a gander)

Especially them that dont know how to describe faults, understand general workshop procedures or computers. In the best possible way, you are not ready for it... Nor am I FWIW :( Not meant to go?.. I have in all the problems my car has suffered, described as best and as accurately as i can the faults/sounds/lack of sounds/driving / that my car has suffered is suffering.If i say it sounds like a windmill then it does..everyone describes differnt things in different ways and just because i am female does not mean that i fault in the way i describe things... In fact..i would go as so far to say that we have more acute hearing than you lot as we know what time you get in....no matter what you say :P .we can hear a pin drop a mile away!..we womencan describe faults to a tee. understand general workshop procedures? Hmm.....now..i have been learning a lot in general workshop procedures so i think i know more than you think i think i know. :lol: :D I know how to jack a car up on an unsteady jack, crawl underneath and start yanking things about :D computers? There are just as many computer illeterate men in the world as there are women...Fair dues..i dont know much about them and when i do manage to fix a problem on the pc it is by pure fluke and not by knowledge... But..knowledge has to be learned somehow..and what better way than by learning from mistakes..or from others?we all have to start somewhere.... I have learned some very valuable lessons on the pc..like not to press a link that says your pc is infected..press clean up to clean it up...so i press clean up and it completely wipes the pc so i cant even get it to start!Bummer..learnt from that one. Forgot to add.....i am ready for anything that this pc my car and you lot throw at me...just....not what the kids throw at me!!......:D

I can find on tis how to access the turbo boost etcc...so..will start to dismantle what i can to reach it...it does show a heat shield....which looks a bit diff..but....i shall do what i can within my capabilities...car will be off road a few days i think..but kids are off so it doesnt matter too much..will let you all know how i get on.. Maz. x P.S. She loves her drum kit..my ears dont.

well..i have been told by him that knows best..that didnt know it wasnt ford engine..that never checks the oil..that incorrectly inflates the tyres..who doesnt know what tyre size we should have..who knows less than me..that i am wrong..that the car is fine but it has lost his poke..when asked to describe poke i ws told its pick up speed...well..i am female..what the flippen eck do i know...he has now decided that i am not allowed to work on the car anymore and that it will be fine untill it has been run into the ground...so i appreciate all your help in this matter and thank you for trying to help from one very pi55ed of mumof4.

That little pipe..i heard nothing from it before.....but i will try it again.Brakes seem fine.

The middle bit i think slots in and is secured by something but it is obscured by pipes..on the bottom it just lifts off..but in the top two corners there are screw type things that i cant undo... gawd..never thought of tis..brb

If i can get that shroud off..i can check the bits behind it.

At this precise moment in time i have no spare funds..it is driving so whilst it is i want to eliminate what i can so i dont have to pay a garage to do it.There is no garage near me that i know of that has a rolling road tester.

Ok peeps..spoke to soon..the car has no oomph...the turbo lag is just lag...the hesitation, the turbo kick in..there is no kick in.acceleration is slow though it does accelerate..hubby drove it aswell and he said it has definately lost acceleration.I damn well stalled the ruddy thing today aswell. Now, i believe the maf is fine as it pulled up a hill in 4th no probs whereas when the maf had gone it struggled in 2nd. Soo..that then leaves the turbo in my mind..What i need is info on how to get that shroud/heat shield off on the back of the engine bay so i can check everything behind it.I want to check all the pipes/hoses for the turbo..yes i checked that little pipe and it was still connected.Now when the car stopped you could hear a whine, he thought it was the turbo..i thought it was because the cc had been on.I want to check for any leaks..but for all this that i want to check..i need to know what to check . Mainly..i need to know how to get that shroud off. i know this is a daft description..but it doesnt seem to drive right.Could be me..but to me its not right.It is no way near as bad as before....But i thought id start simple by checking...Hubby said that if the turbo has gone then tough we will drive without one.. So once again..i need your help please. Maz. xx
