  1. wiggle ......... Definition verb to (cause to) move up and down and/or from side to side with small quick movements: He tried wiggling the control stick but nothing happened. She wiggled her toes in the water. Her hips wiggle as she walks. Definition taken directly from Cambridge Dictionary ( with permission.....my mum said its ok ). Note the example given for wiggling.
  2. A pic always helps.....hope this is correct, Fuse & Relay in Red
  3. Fuse 73 is in with the relays, top right is F74 the one below it is F73. Enjoy the experience of getting to them...lol. The power connects to the screen at the bottom left and right, hidden behind the dash. F19 could be a number of things....most likely Heated Rear window but could be a dodgy relay. Difficult to pin that one down.
  4. I would suggest looking harder ! Try wiggling the wires where they pass through the gaiter into the door at the same time as pressing the button.
  5. Does this help ? Link

  7. Yeh, well don't ! because we now think it was all your fault
  8. Hun, I am assuming that the car is still driveable ( albeit a bit beaten up ). By the sound of it the main damage is to the light ( I am sure one can be found at a reasonable cost, hopefully ). The bumper can be put back on easily enough ( a few bits if wire, bolts, screws whatever, I've seen worse on the road ). The dents and scratches don't really matter in the short term. Wait until you have had the result back from your insurance company and have had a good long chat with them about the various options. They can sometimes be very considerate and helpful. As long as you can get it back on the road and working asap for minimal cost in the meantime then that is the main thing. You can always PM me pet, when it comes to repair time I'm only up the road ( although I am crap at repairs, I could make the tea for the others ).
  9. They are probably different. Basically they way it works is that position 4 connects directly top the blower motor, 3 goes via a small resistance, 2 via a medium and 1 via a large. Obviously a problem with the resistor pack is not going to affect position 4. It should ( probably ) have the resistance values for all three positions written on the resistor pack. Something like 1.92 , 0.92 and 0.26 ohms. These may be written as 1R9K, R92K and R26K respectively. Check both resistor packs and see if they are the same ?
  10. Pet, You still need to let your insurance know the details of the accident. It does sound like the accident was the fault of the other driver ( yeh I know , makes a change !) . I would also make sure that you get the full market value for the car when insurance company write it off. x x x
  11. The booster heater should cut out when the water temperature reaches 85 deg. approx.
  12. The fan and the resistor pack ( or Hedgehog if you have Climate Control ) are behind the glovebox. You can't miss them, follow the cables ! It could also be relay 114 (maybe) which can cause intermittent problems. My money however would be on the resistor pack/Hedgehog .
  13. Make that 2 years !
  14. For a small fee ( going rate is around
