Slightly off topic I know but interesting stuff from John about the plasma. I bought one 3 years ago and it went wrong after 14 moths, 2 months out of warranty. The retailer didn't want to know and I had no idea I could have hit them with the "resonable to expect" law. In the end, Pioneer picked up the bill for the parts and I just had to pay the labour. Maybe its because they knew I could have taken it further, even if I didn't.

As far as the years go, mine is a 2003. So I bet it means all of the 2003 130 ps at least.

Careful you do not have to force the tailgate shut on the timber. I did a couple of years ago and it was just pressing against the front windscreen and on the journey home, I suspect the heating caused the timber to expand and my windscreen cracked.

Booked mine this morning and when I called he hadn't heard about this recall. He called me back after checking.

Got home tonight and recall letter is there. Will book with the local Frauds tomorrow.

I had a Picasso (when they first cama out) before my 2 Gals in a row and I am much happier with the gal. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but I was never 100% happy with the Picasso. No probs at all, but it just seemed a bit boring and the seats were never as comphy as the Gal. Its not a bad car but just too boring, maybe, for my tastes.

I remember old posts about putting more fuel in than the official spec. IIRC it had something to do with the fact there is some extra space for air af the top of the tank and there is a certain way you can get more in there.

Just been looking through the website FAQ's for ribbon heating. I am about to lay laminate flooring for the in laws in their new conservatory and the question I have is how exactly does it connect to the electric supply as I cannot figure out from the site. I am guessing that it is not just a 3 pin plug into a socket.

Silly question. Where do I change my email address as it is my work one and I have changed jobs now and hence need to change address. I cant seem to find where to change it.

Interesting about the Redex. I've thought about trying but have seen a few threads on here in the past that recommend not using it. Does anyone know for sure if it helps or not?
