have you taken the unit apart?is it full of water? iirc if its not to fubared?then a good clean out MAY resurect it,im sure someone on here was lucky enough to do this.

iirc there are 3 layers of fuses,somewhere in the faqs tells you how to get to the other layers.

iirc thats the sale of goods act which everyone is entitled to when buying a 2nd hand car, if you find any faults tell the supplying dealer asap.

yep what you have been told is correct,within your 1 and only key you will find a chip inside. you could contact a decent auto locksmith. do a serach on here there is so much info on the subject.

hi peeps,is there any kind of software/program that lets you see the different colours for alloy wheels on your car?

do your brake lights work,if not it may be the dreaded brake light switch this can cause all sorts of wierd problems.

it came from an 05 mk2,i was going to buy the kit to fit it but like most things never got round to doing it. subject to confirmation the ghia wheel inserts may be sold.
