  2. welcome to the forum,iirc there is a post on mending this somewhere on the forum,it may well be in our faqs which is found in the technical section. it is a common problem,you will find these on ebay for a lot cheaper then your posted price.

  4. iirc its indicating there is a fault somewhere in the system,think you will need to read the fault codes.buy a lead off ebay,vag-com.plenty of info on here about code readers etc.

  10. I read a report that someone claimed it was a lot better than his Audi Q something or other. It doesn't say much for Audis does it? er no it certainly doesnt.
  11. unnerving when it tram lines though aint it ;) mind you i only thought it would effect bigger wheels,maybe its the strengthened side walls of the run flats??
  12. the scuttles could be blocked,either side of the wings in the engine compartment? do you have a sunroof?as the drain offs may be blocked? pollen fillter may be at fault? have you actually taken the carpet up in the passenger side and checked the pipe incase it is leaking?
  13. welcome to the forum. as you can see info on the mk3 is limited,so as a favour to us all if and when you do any jobs,it would be good if you could post up any pics and a walk through of them.
  14. yeah,you got another key? if not then hopefully you belong to a breakdown service give them a call,and see what they say on the subject when they come out.
  15. well the pats doesnt,unless its broken but i find that hard to believe.
  16. have you checked the wheel nut are tight, or the roll restrictor hasnt snapped? just other ideas for you.

  18. this is a fairly common problem,it has been posted numerous times over the year,have a search using the term 'roll restrictor'.there may be info posted by others that will be of help??
  19. welcome to the forum,no not at all.with all 7 seats in we could just about get a folded up push chair in the boot area,so a big lumbering pooch is going to be a very tight squeeze.
  20. certainly aint an expert,but you will find plenty on here that have kindly posted up various amounts of helpful info over the years,but i am one of the moderators on this forum.
  21. i have no idea,but have you checked to see if any of the tyres have a nail/screw embedded in them?
  22. welcome to the forum,i have removed your other post. ;) are you sure you havnt got a puncture? if not then phone them up and tell them that the problem has only come up since they have worked on the car,be prepared though. they will probably deny all knowledge.
