Right guys.I need a step by step guide in simple english in how i can check it, and if needed, how i sort it if loose. Today i lost my power steering 4 times , it was raining hard, no undertray. Normal dry weather, when i use full lock or go round a steep bend, i get like a juddering through the steering wheel. Stationary turning the wheel to full lock with engine on, it judders, and you can see the wheel turning in a not very smooth manner like you would expect.almost like its stilted. So before i fork out on stuff like power steering pump etcc..... id like to check the belt. going round a corner and not expecting to lose power steering, then loseing it is kinda scarey when you have a field full of nice fat juicy lambs coming towards you. with a fence and hedge in the way, it happens split second, after a second or so, it comes back. so, please peeps, in english, explained for the simple minded, how do i check as i cant find my TIS disc. Thank you in advance.

I am sick to the back teeth of govenment agencies.Why is it, one tells you under the poverty line, and one says above it.Why is it that everything they give you like ctc, cb, are classed as income? why is it that a maintenance paid to you for your kids is classed as income? why is it that today i find out that no, i still do not qualify for income support as the child ben i get , the child tax cred i get, the maintenance i get, is all classed as income and as such i live on 60 quid a month too much flaming money? that erven wioth me topping up my rent by 150 quid a month, i still do not qualify? worked it all out and i will have to live on just under 500 a month to feed, and clothe my kids, christmas and birthdays. It sucks, it really flamin does. The way its going im going to have to change my kids school, just when they are settled there, which means more disruption for them, and how it will affect my 6 yr old, i have no idea. im flmin sick of being told oooo you have enough to live on.... life sucks, it really flaming does and i wonder why the hell i bother.

Hmm..yesterday i recieved an email supposedly from halifax bank saying my account had been used fraudulentlyy anfd that my online banking had been suspended and to clkick a link to confirm my details. I went to the halifax website and got the email address to send fraudulent emails to. its the first time ive ever had anything like it.

i got a repair kit off ebay for 15 quid and fixed mine, as mine was the same as yours. 20 mins later, 15 quid lighter and door fixed .

I coast a lot, usually when drifting up to traffic lights on the dual carraigeway, or when my needle is below red and im praying she will get to the petrol station before coughing and spluttering to a stop. I do use engine braking quite a bit now, i usually knock her into neutral lift my lead foot and depress clutch till im at the speed to knock her into a low gear. and yessssssssssssss my tootsies are at the ready just in case they are needed. :) when you move in BK?

yep, good choice, i bought my N reg GLX IN APRIL, shes a good runner with a few niggles. The ghia is a bloody good model, just check everything that should work, works, and that it starts ok from cold, Test drive first thing in morning and get there early to make sure its not been started up before you get there. Stay away from anything that at first glance, you do not like.The longer you look, the more you will persuade yerself you want it.

POst moved :) 4k will get you a decent 2000 model, there are early MKIIs i believe end of 2000. A ghia is a good buy, there is a thread on what to look for when buying a galaxy, crushed cills, if the climate control etcc works.. Buy yerp. sounds good to me. welcome :)
