Don't know if anyone remembers this horrific accident. Lorry piled into the back of stationary traffic at 50mph resulting in the death of 3 people. The police charged the lorry driver with driving dangerously and at excessive speed. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/glasgo...est/7041425.stm It appears the driver of the lorry was suffering from a rare sleeping disorder that was only diagnosed after the crash. The judge believed this was possible and instructed the jury to do so as well. I can't think of any comments to add to this that would not be seen as libel. Mine was registered in Jan 1998 which makes it post 1997. My owners supplement showing the changes is dated 1997. It is quite likely that some 97 models (post 96) were equipped the same..... It is possible that mine could have been one of the first batch but it obviously is post 97 at the very latest.

Definitly weird. This was from an actual contest in the USA. Don't think the dogs were bothered....only food dye washes out.

actually Mk1 post 98 model I think you will find it was Post 97 models. ( possibly post 96 ) But you are correct in as much as that I should have made it clear that when the amendment took place.

Its a standard watch type battery ( any watch shop will have it ). Click on the FAQ link on my signature there is a link there to how to reprogramme your key after changing battery. Make sure the immobiliser chip doesn't fall out when you change the battery or you'll end up with a key that'll open the car but won't start it! .
