Its not just a case of being old enough they also have to be "of sound mind." Two obvious issues arise.....the patient was unconcious and therefore could not make a decision and also "of sound mind" would also be debatable because of the initial request. Also I suppose she would be harming the medical staff through the mental trauma of watching her die. And lastly I am pretty sure her religious beliefs have harmed her children who now do not have a mother.

You might find the small local garage has more idea what they are doing. My experience of Ford Dealers is that they have little if any idea about Galaxy's, they also charge for work they haven't done and rip you off for unnecessary parts.

If I remember correctly there are 3 flaps on the heater unit and the one on the top ( the awkward one to get at ! ) is the hot/cold one. The flaps are known to stick occasionally and can be freed.
