my betting is you are low on gas. thats why the cooling is not working as the low pressure switch attivates to protect the compresser. Thats why the compresser works when you put a live feed to it ie bypassing the pressure switch. Im sure you know not to run the compresser like that for long, as may damage compresser(if there is no gas in it).

if you are in econ mode the compressor will not run just hot air with no cooling or de humidty also you cant tell how much is in the system untill you take it out and weight it back in cheers dave

not sure if this is the right thing to do but it worked for me get yourself one of those indoor plant spray bottles fill it with water go to the car when its dark and spray like mad around the coil and if like mine you have your own firework party and mine had a crack like yours replaced and yes what a differants she went like a rocket

hi i thought so they said you need a certain number of keys to program it. Yes the central locking works fine, and the light in the drivers door works as well

hi all had gal for about 5 years now and the remote locking has never worked. I think water under seat problem, so i took it to fords and they said i didnt have enough keys. Think they said you need 3 and i only had 2, so did me another key. But still didnt work so after charging me

i thought i only had 1 water pump, shows what i know. Where is this aux pump some where nice and easy to get to. (i bet not) cheers dave

hi chaps my heater blows lovely hot air when driving. But when stopped at light or traffic, it start to get colder. but if you rev the engine it blows hot again any idea cheers dave

might not help but the ones i got are only about 3/4 of a inch so now you have drilled the hole may be better to buy new sensers how nuch did you pay or see if you can trim them down a bit

did they do a full scan or did they just scan the engine

yes the garage put a new switch in the rad when they fitted it both fans work on temp what are all the cooling fan relays for then if its only got 1 speed i was told that there were 3 speeds the senser in the rad which has three wire 1 common 1 wire for speed 1 and the other for speed 2 and the brown plug in the thermostat houseing does sppeds 3 but need to confirm this cheers dave

sorry to keep on so are you saying that there is just one speed for the fans on a 2.8v6 engine also whee is this thermoswitch found so i can clean check connections
