ow do all got me chinese parkin sensors and tested em by stikin on with blu tak and a switched live. they work a treat and beeeep when correctly parked. now i want to fix and pass wires thru bulkhead into dashboard anyone know the best side and area to pass thru with no probs, had a peep behind drivers lower panal and fuse box area looked a bit short of space. would removing glove boxes be a better option

is the correct grade for 98 110 tdi a 10w40 semi synthetic ? got 135,000 miles on but doesnt use any oil also the dipstick who changed the oil has put about 1cm over the top mark of dipstick in, should i drain it or not ???

hi all , just checked the switch for moving headlamps up and down, only pass side moves, how do i check the drivers side and whats the usual problem ? thanks also has anyone tried these 60% briter bulbs, hoe good are they, at the moment the lamps are ok but need to be better.

its just occured to me that when the tank was low on fuel the noise wasnt apparent now ive filled it 3/4 and it knock knock knockin ! i sha;ll keep me ears open and eye on the fuel level. thanks all.

hi all, just been out with wife and kids. i sat in 2nd row seat kids in back. i noticed under the floor where i was a knocking sound on and off like something was loose. i just been out alone in it and it dont seem to do it . i checked all the mounts, exhaust etc and find nothing amiss. any ideas anyone ?????? anything prone to wear under the floorboards.

98 year glx model,hi all, the blue colored handle inside you pull to shut the drivers door with, the big thing that surrounds the mirror controls etc , all the colour has been worn away, so off i go to fraud for a new one guess what, yes, you cant but it, it be part of the entire panal which is 100's of pounds. any clever bod know how to make them look like new even if it be a different color? what about a plastic paint, what a con. or can it be removed from panal for spraying with that grey plastic bumper paint ive seen. thanks all.

read all about auxillary heater, then you will know about the noise and the trouble this item can cause. doesnt sound like you need a dealer though, its a normal noise to be had.

it was built in june 98 the dealer tells me from the reg no. must have it under dash as the under seat area is empty apart from this bit of wiring loom with a block on, whats could that be for then. ??????
