  1. it can be adjusted but be wary its a pain in the wotsits u need the right torx screwdriver undo the screws at the side just enough to push up or down accordinly and tighten up just recently changed my sunroof mechinism ive had no leaks yet :angry:

  6. sounds exacltly like mine,sunroof will close with the key but wont open and it doesnt shut or open any of the windows,after having serious probs with my sunroof(stripped all the worms inside)managed to aquire another one from another forum member(steve69car)replaced sunroof got it to work GUESS WOT STILL THE SAME :blink: after spending near on 16hrs taking all the headlining out and replaceing I DONT CARE IF IVE GOT GLOBAL CLOSING OR NOT the sunroof works,the windows work thats all that matters ;) regards gregers

  10. same thing happened to mine put the fear of christ in me,u need to get this sort asap could end up damaging the cat,manifold etc.with the engine off open bonnet and grab hold of the engine if it moves freely then its the bracket from the engine to the gearbox as said in previuos post.
  11. look under the passenger seat,pull the flap to the cubby hole out and inside is the box for the central locking and possible the alarm also,iirc if you have 2 no blocks at the back of the module you havnt got one,if three then you have.so ive been told anyway. regards gregers.

  14. i too have a 95 gal petrol and my temp gauge hardley moves unless im stuck in traffic then it creeps up slowly when driving goes down to the bottom any ideas chaps/chappetts me thinks it also requires new a new thermostat wot do u think? kindest regards gregers

  17. i seem to have a problem with my sunroof,the sliding panell jammend,gave it a tug and it came off its clips not so much a problem there but a couple of weeks later the whole thing started making funny noises wouldnt go back properly or forward so i took the glass out and lo and behold a piece of metal had come off so i had to manually shut the sunroof but it olny slides one way the other side stays where it is so i have to pull it at the same time as using the manual winder q-1 its it something i can do my self q-2 can i rob the mechinism from something else? q-3 and if i bite the bullet and take to frauds is it goner cost a morgage to fix any feed back would be gratefully recieved kindest regards

  20. i was thinking the same thing about the company paying for a hire car ,if he has class 2 bussiness use he will be coverd to use the car for work its not a lot on top of the annual premium,some insurers give this free.
  21. i can change abulb in mine without having to remove any screws it is a pain in the a##se but it can be done twist it to the right and left lift it up push it down swear at it and hey presto its out then do the same in reverse........................hold on perhaps your ways better :lol:
