hi guys and gals,im thinking of changing the main ford badges on my gal,ive read the other posts about this,but what i need to know is do you have to buy specific or can any other badge fit i:e transit ford badge?they seem to be the right size any difference?and im assuming that the originals on my car are only stuck on, any help greatly received. regards gregers.

hi peeps,as the car is on a hp agreement have been told to write to the finance company and let them sort it out,was given a lot of advice by our local trade and standards office,all i can say is watch this space,ill let you know of the outcome,cheers gregers.

dave,i told them that and yes the headlight motor has been fixed along with the drop links and the replacement tyres,i also told them that ford always seem to wright of everything that passes through there hands when at vw you could probably get the parts etc, and shouting at them in a LOUD VOICE i think is coming sooner then later :lol:

ok here goes,now need some advice, the dealership have said that because the aux booster heater is an accessory they will do nothing about it,so i went to the supplying dealer and had a polite conversation about this matter,and he has said his hands are tied basically,have also contacted trade and standards people for info, is the booster heater regarded as an accessory?technical info needed on this one does it harm the engine in the long run if its not working? need help from you good people on this b4 i really blow my stack over it,i know the car drives fine without it working,but in my reckoning if it was there from the day the manufactures put it in THEN ITS THERE FOR A REASON so it should be working thanx good peeps regards gregers

mmmmm wonder if the door rubbers are getting a bit stiff with the cold,try rubbing on silcone grease to keep them supple.
