1st off check the wires in the door pillars,check out the faqs in technical section you will hopefully find all the answers there.then see if you have your own swimming pool under the passenger seat.

I am sure there is a thread somewhere that someone packed some ice around the temperature sensor to test the booster heater ( or possibly shorted it out to achieve the same ). thanx for that big kev,but to be honest ill leave till winter,then lose my rag with the dealers yet again(thats if nothing else goes wrong with it b4 then)and let them sort it,

i thought as its a pressurized system it wouldnt be that much difference between cold and warm??????????.

THINK SO as theres no way of checking whether the booster heater works because of the temperature now, will have to wait until the winters here,(DID SAY TO THEM ABOUT IT)POLITLEY LOL but they had to replace the climate control etc etc,but as my warranty doesnt run out until next year im not really boverd. i think they said through there tears it cost about

as mum says,sounds like the modules kaput,put everything back together deny all knowledge of trying to fix it yourself and TELL THEM TO SORT IT or you will reject the car under sale of goods act,arnt you glad youve got warranty other wise could cost a tidy few pennys to get it sorted.

agree with you maz hes got an amazing voice,im sure someone will sign him up.

it could well be the drop links need replacing,fairly common problem on the gal,do a search on drop links it might explain the noise your hearing?.

might be worth getting some sort of guarantee in writing from them,that if the air con system goes tits up in the near future they will honour there cock up and repair it free of charge,surely putting to much in has pressurized the system and put undue stress on the components????

my book says the same as yours maz,must admit have only used the c.c once since i bought the car,but look forward to using it when i end up doing a long drive.
