sorry cant answer your question but may i ask why you had to pay 50% for a new gearbox at only 24k???if they were willing to pay 50%then surly there was a fault which they have acknowledged wouldnt they honor the whole repair then? just a thought is it still under warranty?

just read the advert from your 1st link tdi90 and it says it can match keys???? or does that require the full working version of vag-com???
