do you have many keys on the ring - some peeps have reported that they got interference with many keys on the ring if you have a second key try that or starting/cutting out probs

dont know how to remove door card with door shut :D but I would have thought that the handle end of the card could be peeled back so you could get your hand in but what you have to do to the lock to release it is anyone guess. Once you have it open emergency repairs to the wiring loom through the rubber boot would correct the problem I reckon. see faq for that

motor is probably still ok but the linkage is seizing up, as gregers said have a look in the faq - long saga from maz on freeing up the linkage

need two keys to code - redmaster key went out in 97/98 ish
