hello everyone , have a 2001 115 bhp gal ghia tdi and the climate panel display is worn out , doesnt show all the numbers , replaced with one off ebay but when in i lose all control of trip computer ,also on start up panel flashes 5 times can anybody guide me in right direction .... please thank you john

hello have read a few topics on this subject but no one answers this question ,, my rear sensors dont work ,found out the hard way reversed into the garage door .(much to the wifes amusement ) front sensors work perfect . walked at the back with them on no sound at all , totally baffled (nowt fresh there then ) john

do you mean aux heater not working or just needs new glo plug , have read snippets about them when i get the time ... love the car makes my other one feel slow

typical fairly warm today no smoke , its a tdi , just bought it a 2001 x reg gal ghia 115 bhp . still got the 90bhp one which doesnt smoke .

just got the 2001 gal ghia which when started from cold white smoke s like mad any suggestions

hello . couple of probs on my 2001 ghia gal . changed the climate control panel as display had gone and outside temp went from the dash . have been told from a friend i need to pair the new unit to the car /? can this be done without going to ford dealer , can the old unit be fixed . also when i put the wipers on intermittent they now wipe 3 times not once does this mean the stalk is bust , or again ois it linked to me changing the climate unit , any help gratefully accepted thank you

hi my 99 tdi did the same put some more liquid in the bottle and it stopped . try that see what happens .

hi again just wondered if any one could help ,? my 99 tdi baby has developed a rattle it revs up with the engine and also there on tick over . havent got a clue . garage wants to run a cleaning agent through with oil to see if a shim has stuck ????. its done 96700miles cam belt done at 92000 . any ideas would be helpfull thank you csj :angry:

:) my lights on my mk1 galaxy i think are crap have upgraded the bulbs but still no better , problem was drove a mk2 and they were amazing , anyone know of replacement lights cheap ones preferably as wife and kids rightfully nick all my money ;) thanks for help on my other question csj

my galaxy wont start . 1.9 tdi lx 90 bhp chipped to 115 bhp . if the coil light flashes on the dash then the car starts , when the coil light doesnt come on the car just cranks , intermittent fault pain in the bum help pleeeease :ph34r:
