really ronnie???our claim was 3 weeks before our no claims was to be protected with more than.the claim was not our fault and our insurance went from 458 to 983!!! we switched.

I would see what they offer..if you are not happy with what they say,tell them that you are going to see a solicitor(can get free half hour appointments these days),as bigd said...a couple of free services for starters!!..think of the time you have spent going backwards and forwards, time without car..distress caused..(you were very angry) im my opinion..the services are not enough..would you really want to take your car there again??? as for solicitor..there is the small claims court.
