Sorry..i know that there is a country where it is instantanious..must have got it wrong!!1 i remember watching a programme where it asked why did it take so long for money to reach where it had to go.......banks being fined is always going to happen as it is a drop in the ocean compared to how much they actually make.

The banks actually invest your money for those few days before putting it in your account..even though it can be small amounts..they make millions out of it in this day..instant transfer can be done from branch to branch of the same bank(not all though do it)...this shows that it can be done. Not all banks will do it though as they will lose millions in profit.
