ok..what i need is......the gaiter..how do i get in it..its a sealed tube...how do i check all the wires to make sure none are split..till i know exactly what i would be looking at hubby wont let me touch it...so to know what i will be looking at i need a pic!! :D ive looked on tis and its a jumble to me..i can see how the wires connect..(well, sort of)...but a pic of all the exposed wires would be grand indeed!! :D

To get the correct part number you need to take the old maf out as the part number is actually underneath it, on the underside. this guy on ebay could help. id..sbb7777. he helped me and he was the guy i got mine off. There are diff types of MAF...for diff engines.

In my trusty handbook...it says..(auto 115) 1.9 TDI fuel consumption=28.5 urban =43.5 non urban =36.2 total 1.9TDI manual 115 =32.8 urban =51.4 non urban =42.8 total

If the Major meet at Alton Towers is not gonna grow then how about regional meets ? If we can get voluteers to organise regional BBQs or campovers so we can start the social side of this forum would you all like to take part ? Maybe not for a whole weekend or even a night but maybe a BBQ or some evening beers ? Any voluteers ? I know Mumof4 will be forced to be a volunteer for us southerners and maybe a location like Severnake Forest would be ideal. Any ideas suggestions as we need to be quick or we will miss the sunny days ahead. ok..so with one driver it is just shy of 2 metric tonnes. so with full capacity if you talking on average 75/80kg per passenger....(6 other peeps in my case)..you talkingabout 2 and a half along with paraphanalia! So i appologise,,3 was wrong..but i was close!!!!!!! :ph34r:

mine..1.9tdi kerb weight=1666-1956 payload=464-754 permissable gross weight=2420 permissable axle loads=1240/1280 This is manual..auto is heavier these weights include one driver/spare wheel/fuel/coolants/
