Probably won't have remote central locking if you have a Red Key ( shoot me down in flames guys if i'm wrong ). If it has an alarm i would expect you to have an LED inside the drivers door next to the window which flashes when the car is locked ?

It should still be covered under the "sale of goods" act....maybe. I though the service interval on these was 12500 miles ? You could always get the clock turned back....change it to 14,000km and plead ignorance !

I thought the fuel consumption on these was the same ? All the diesels could tow a petrol version and get better mileage...IMO The 110bhp diesels have more poke and get the same mpg...therefore they are much preferable.
The newer model has fold down seats, it would not be practical. Plus the old seats were made by VW. I am sure that someone on the forum may have a copy of the brochures, please wait for a reply.
