No we can see how a very small percentage of the japanese conduct themselves. A long time ago there was an ice age This was caused by a fluctuation in the earths tilt to the sun...or some similar thingy Any how the earth was colder than it is today and as the ice caps were much larger extending almost down to southern softie land. Then however the earth started to warm up and the icecaps retreated creating behind them various geoligical features in britain such as the north south divide....might be wrong on this bit However this process is still continuing and the earth continues to get warmer and the icecaps continue to melt....some low lyings areas such as Lincolnshire will be flooded by the sea....not all bad news then ! This warming process started many years ago ( even before the MK 1's ) Therefore when you hear all the news spouted around today about it being caused by jet airliners, huge power stations and V6 engines......it makes you think What a load of rubbish... The earth is getting warmer regardless of mans influence it is a natural phenomena and it will eventually stop and then get colder again......the icecaps will increase and cover most of western europe...as it has done many times before...diesels wont start even with their booster heaters ! Just thought I would let everyone know this and not worry about their fuel emmisions...unless of course they are black and oily

Wheever I see the term " FULLY ROAD LEGAL" on car items advertised on ebay You can be sure they are not ! And this case is no exception...fully road legal on private roads not on the public highway. However I see plenty of cars driving around with blue lights at the front, back underneath as well as multitudes of other colours......... High intensity headlights that are wholly illegal for road use being sold......you can now blind oncoming drivers about 3 miles away...slight exageration but you get the point..... that I dont think most driivers care about the law and or causing the death of other road users through blinding or confusing them. I always thought Galaxy drivers on a whole were the more sensible relaxed type not "boy racers are us" Maybe its just me, turning into a miserable old git.

Lo0k slightly high but only slightly. I would agree with these, they are near enough to be believable. I am also assuming these were taken at 2400 rpm ? read the document ( well glaced at it ) thought I talked carp...( I know this may get a reply ). However could not find any reference at all to torque ! There was a bit where you had to state the BHP but no mention at all of torque. Have I missed something or does the EEC thingy have no bearing on torque measurements, does it just look nice on the documentation?

EEC and EC what are these then I see them regularly quoted after the torque figures. Contrary to popular belief , I don't know it all and if anyone can fill me in ( yeh I know ) on this I will be most grateful. Thanks Kev

Thank Andy, I must have missed this earlier when it was posted ( unless one of the other guys was telling porkies ). Any how this looks like the classic document where the information is not available at time of going to print and they just use what they have. The figure for the ASZ engine appears to be correct, however the AUY and the ASZ1( is this the correct code ? ) are just copied from the ASZ as this was the only one that had the information available at the time. Also on a point of note please bear in mind the earlier AFN engines generate their maximum torque at around 2400rpm......just thought I would mention this. Just popping off to watch the football..........dont tell me the score.. Also I have just received an email with some updated info. more of this later
