hi guys just to let you know i have started install (not got as much as i would have liked due to work commitments) buoght some mk headrests of ebay(slightly darker anthracite)but all that was available at the time as i didn't want to bugger my originals up if i got it wrong. :angry2: could not find a coach trimmers to do the task as they said headrests on newer vehicles are all one cover and brace with hot foam blown in (1) put masking tape on headrest so you can make a template to cut out (2) cut slightly smaller as there is quite alot of give in the foam and material (3) check size of backplate by trial inserting and re cutting a little at a time in the centre bottom of the headrest there is a hole that was used during pruduction to blow hot foam in i used that to feed screen wire through when every thing looks okay fix back plate (i used high strength carpet adhesive) and lots of pressure with a vice but something heavy would suffice and hey presto feed cable through hole as mentioned and fit screen (4) then feed a small diam length af plastic tube from the top of the seat to the bottom, thought this would be a knightmare but pipe followed the seams of the seat very easily tape lead to the end and draw up through seat (5) dummy fitted wiring and connected up and tested thats as far as i have got for now but have got to fit sony monitor on headlining by the supplied support (not looking forward to dropping headlining) will keep you all posted
