Hi all i have now parted ways with my seventh gal and purchased a cmax so i am now having a bit of a clear out. all open to offers + p and p or collection is fine. description as follows -alhambra tdi speedo cluster with fis display changed smds to green (alot brighter and a slightly lighter green than ford -two button remote fob part no 7m3 959753 433.92mhz -sharan double din surround and switches -parking sensors x2 used but work,changed in error as it was the parking aid module at fault -later mk2 alloy wheel and valve brand new boxed -two front seats for the later mk2 ghia in grey with airbags and heated seat elements -one rear seat near side later type ghia in grey -headrest dvd player set up (will need a few connectors from maplins)both monitors are 6.5" both brand new but only one works (i took it apart and broke the clip that the ribbon sits in it still works but lights up white) new remotes for each one dual input so one can watch a dvd or tv console on other depending on what hardwear you install,three sets of infra red headphones one set has the foam missing from earpiece. -pair of wing mirrors for the mk2 ghia electric and heated type -morrette headlight surrounds been sprayede but never fitted comes with adhesive -pair of headlights both have lugs repaired (ideal for st ing black) -load cover in grey think thats about it

had battery on charge all day fitted battery and it has run for a couple of hours without a hiccup could it be a voltage drop in battery?

changed relay 109 and it has not made a difference any ideas.

yes started this morning and it ran fine re-scanned and none of previous faults showing

turns over fine started earlier for a few mins then cut out relay 109 next point i think

managed to get a cluster from a alhambra tdi manual trial fitted and everything worked exept oil level and oil temp but think that is due to no level sender in sump (2005 ghia)need to get one and wiring loom (need to find part number)cluster lights up red as it is seat. my question is does anyone know where i can get converted to green (dont want to try myself and nacker it up)dont know which smds to buy anyway. just upgraded from 2001 model to 2005 model in honour green and have a few plans for it. cheers guys

read faults for smedzz and the only fault listed was camshaft position sensor (hall)g40 negative intermittent, and i and i noticed that on the cam cover was written leads and plugs changed late 05, would they have broke down so soon?

how have you come to this conlusion?

hi if carpet is in good condition and it is the colour that bothers you, auto glym do a aerosol dye but i think it is only in black my mate did his shogun and i was quite impressed.

if booster heater has six flame outs the ecu will lock it out and it will have to be reset after new glow plug fitted i only know this as i have had to do mine and it wouldnt try to fire up till faults cleared smoked like a b*"^&

hi prise the inner handle downwards and lift upper handle upwards

hi i have just replaced mine on a 2001 the part you have is the one that supercedes the earlier type this is the one i took out (ignore the paperwork that is for the new plug) you have to replace the wiring in the socket with the wire on the new plug hope this helps

halfords plastic primer+silver+laquer but surface has to be spotless :lol:

i did mine as the finish on original ford is no match for the wifes rings sprayed with base coat and four coats of laquer and they are still fine.
