I would give it a day or two before I would start to worry. There are a few reasons why it may be juddering, they are: damaged or faulty springs in the driven plate, the driven plate sticking on the splines, a faulty dual mass flywheel (not that one is fitted to your car), oil contamination on the faces and a sticking release bearing (unlikely). I have never had to re-face a flywheel, so I doubt that is the problem, but a clutch does have to bed in a bit.
